Clan or Society Registration

Registration Rules
Register your clan or society to attend the 2026 Spokane Scottish Highland Games. We extend a warm welcome to all clans.

Register online by submitting an Online Registration using the form below and paying online. If you do not wish to complete the online registration form but instead want to submit a paper registration form and pay by check, use the Mail-In Registration instructions below.

Your registration is valid after we receive your completed Registration Form and Registration Fee, and you get approval from our Clans Coordinator. The completed Registration Form must include a signed and dated Waiver Statement.

At the fairground check-in, which begins Friday, July 31st, at 1:00 p.m., the clan's coordinator will give you your assigned space and gate passes. The grounds are locked on Friday at 10:00 p.m. and are patrolled by security starting Friday afternoon, ensuring your safety. The St. Andrews Society of the Inland Northwest will host a potluck for vendors and clans Friday evening. The fairgrounds re-open Saturday, August 1, at 7:00 a.m. All vehicles must be off the grounds by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Vehicles will be allowed to re-enter the fairgrounds 1/2 hour after closing ceremonies -- approximately 5:15 p.m. on Saturday.

Clans and societies may not sell merchandise in their clan or society tents. Raffles and the collection of membership fees are allowed.

All clan or society registrations must be received by Thursday, July 30, 2026, and accepted by the clan coordinator.

For additional information, please contact the clan coordinator, Lois Bremner, at [email protected].

The Spokane County Fair & Expo Center offers camping on a first-come, first-served basis. To make arrangements, call (509) 477-2770.
