Mission Statement

The Spokane Highland Games Association's is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Its mission is to promote Scottish heritage and cultural preservation in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho through athletic, music, dance, culinary competitions, and heritage displays and demonstrations. We are a nonprofit, non-sectarian organization open to all, without bias to race, color, or gender, to anyone of Scottish descent or persons with a strong interest in Scottish heritage or culture.
 
The Spokane Highland Games Association supports itself through a yearly fundraising event, the Spokane Scottish Highland Games, and individual and corporate sponsorship contributions.
