The grounds are locked on Friday at 10:00 pm and are patrolled by security starting Friday afternoon. The St. Andrews Society of the Inland Northwest will host a potluck for vendors and clans Friday evening. The grounds re-open the following day on Saturday, August 5, at 7:00 am. All vehicles must be off the grounds by 8:30 am on Saturday. Vehicles may re-enter the grounds one-half hour after closing ceremonies -- approximately 5:15 pm on Saturday.

We try to ensure the success of our vendors by reviewing all applications to reduce the duplication of similar wares. To accomplish this goal, we may not be able to accept all applicants.
